Approach

To serve a larger group of patients by being the engine of improving health services in our country. We have achieved a TAT of three hours for 95% of tests processed in-house and are moving towards a TAT of one hour.

Action Plan

To serve humanity at large by providing 100% accurate results. To promote quality & create an ecosystem in which patient health improvement is achieved by our services. We have achieved NABL certificate No. M-0797 for this and moving towards CAP certification.

Quality Control

Patient results are not released if the internal quality control results are out of the acceptable range. L J charts are plotted on daily basis. When any control rule is violated, the patient examination results are rejected and patient samples are re-examined after the appropriate corrective actions.

Complains Resolution

It is the policy of Sure Path Labs (P) Ltd. to address all customer complaints on a high priority basis and to the entire satisfaction of the customer. The laboratory director directly supervises all customer complaints.

Quality Objection

Timely testing and reporting of results up to 100%. Customer satisfaction up to 100%. To increase knowledge by regular training & up-gradation. Achieving a reduced CV% score in every control cycle of EQAS.
